You are able to put items during your online browsing and able to make one time final payment for multiple items. Including the online training program items.
The cart enables you to check each item price / discounted price / total payment amount, for the training programs.

Shipping/Delivery of online course
In case of online training program purchase – the delivery of login and password for the training access, will be done to your email within 24 hours after purchase. Or in case of purchasing video lessons and collateral - the materials will be send to you by email or by any convenient messenger you are using.
Payment
You can pay for your purchase with Visa, Master, UnionPay, JCB, AMEX cards
Cancelation
In case of online training program purchase, cancelation could be done only after your dedicated manager approval and your reason for cancelation is accepted by the company.
For your reference, until the "Login for training created and send to client" status, you may be able to get a prompt refund as soon as cancellation request is confirmed. Unavailable to apply cancellation when the order is on delivery.
Refund Policy
We only allow one refund per customer.
We don't offer refunds after 14 days of the charge.

● Reason for requested refund
● Your Name
The refund decision shall be made within 30 calendar days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any refunds at any time are at our sole discretion.
